I agree with your statement that "most likely this will be fine". I highly doubt that Costley and Dolder bought those shares a few months back for .05 and since then sold them on the open market for less than what they paid for them meaning that they still hold 1 and 5 million shares respectively! They probably have as much invested as most so pretty sure everything will be okay and that 100 share trade near the end of the day means nothing other than everyone's ROAG line looks like $hit at the moment!
