What I expect from the courts at this point is a clear decision what shareholders own in these companies. Is it 20%, less or more. It's the most important question. When it's determined, dividends should be distributed in the same percentage.
Another important question is duration of conservatorship. If it's temporary, what is the maximum time in this case? Who will say stop it now if anyone. If thee is no way to limit duration it's taking. Then Gov should pay fair price and say goodbye to us all.
