Fid - Your cite from Cariothoracic Surgery has normal range as 5-24. And they have the expected risk for different excedences of the normal range. So you can look at the MCU data to see if the MCU reductions they are seeing are consistent with the MI reductions.

(I would/will do it - but not now).
