Great post. It is obvious that those who are attacking you, Sandvet, Ice, and occasionally myself are very selective in what they choose. And judging by the posts that have been deleted here, it appears that there is someone who is contacting members of IHUB, and giving them information about posters on this board that is completely false. That said, that person will be found, as Matt has shown to be very good at that if he needs to be.
I know I speak for myself for sure when I say that I am not part of any "group" that is assigned/paid/instructed to "bash" any stock, for any reason. I am someone who plays the market like all of you. That's it.
I can tell you that there were accusations going around on one board that Iceman was my best friend growing up in NY (I moved from there 6 years ago, and he now lives in Vegas-my friend, that is). Wild, but of course false. That person holds very few stocks, and doesn't post in stock forums. What I find amazing is that as soon as someone disagrees with another poster's "theory" and points out concerns (and never vice-versa), they are stalked around the net.
Troubling, indeed.
Alas, we all will continue to try and discuss the market, best we can.
And I'd love for you to add to the list you have here. Because I'm sure that's not all.
Dilution was an opinion in many minds long before the website got overhauled.
