How did nyc get hoodwinked to pay almost 20 mil a year for two rinks and a carousel. I don't know about the carousel, but the rinks probably didn't cost more than 2 mil each to maintain. Mostly because all the rinks I know of municipal and independent charges for everything, ice time, league fees, open skating, etc. So where did all the money go the rinks took in on fees to citizens to use the rinks?
