What is the exact count of Common Shares now ?
What is the exact count of Restricted Shares ?
What is exact count of Preferred Shares & Common value ?
What is the Float ?
Why would they issue shares at this very low value ?
For what did they issue shares out at this very low value ?
Or is the preferred shares 1/100 value calculated into common

I am hoping the T/A can explain clearly the sharecount breakdown or we get a press release at least explaining the sharecount on monday ....
