thank you for the info and what i read from their Pr they intend to do both change of name +change of CUSIP LINK FROM PR:
" company also plans on requesting a new QUSIP number and a new trading symbol in the very near future. Mr. Winters added, "Our shareholders have been requesting and asking for this for some time now, and we also see this as the best route as well. The company will make a separate announcement on this topic in the very near future in accordance with the rules."

Thank you stervc, great information! I agree, we need both the name a CUSIP change. Then and only then, will we see if it's shorting, or dilution, which is the bigger problem here.

I suspect it's been both all a long.
