I'm sure Stephen Brown doesn't find any of the SEC talk funny. He has a terrible history, which has been well documented.
Of Course, the SEC does assign an agent to cases that warrant it.
Stephen Brown, probably has his own FILE CABINET, not just a file, dedicated to him.
While I don't know a brother,daughter, janitor, I do know that I have worked with the SEC (and FBI) and when valuable information is given, they pay attention.
HOWEVER, sadly, the SEC doesn't give out prison time, just fines.
The DOJ would have to file criminal charges. Many times, that's where the disappoint is, no criminal case filed. Again, I speak from personal experience when dealing with other cons. They were fined but never put in prison. BUMMER.
So, the SEC will be/is looking into Stephen Brown. Hopefully somewhere in the future, the DOJ will get involved.
PS.. I also know the process is very long, so I don't look for a quick resolution by the SEC. It was at least a year that it took for the SEC to take out those other cons.
