they didn't dilute. they sold/gave shares to employees. and also use shares as collateral on an acquisition. but even better news is that already announced a share buyback so...

$HDUP - I have NEVER CLAIMED that there was not addition to the share structure in 2021. NEVER.

I only pointed out that nothing had changed since July filing. And if those additions to tradeable shares happened before July, my assumption was that we had already seen and subsequently bought those shares. Making up stories doesn't make you right.

Pull up my posts and read every single one of them, if I ever said for "all" of 2021", I would be happy to correct the error. I don't think that happened.
