No you will not necessarily see a form 4 when you're not dealing with an SEC reporter.

The 118 Held at DTC did not change as I have it in that post (meant 118 not 188).

The Unrestricted did jump 5 million as I have the previous number here:

So again, it may be used for the 30K payment due or maybe it's just general expenses. 5 Million is not a big number, but until we get a Filing we won't know if those shares are being sold.
