Please Explain, all parties are in agreement to begin selling this drug in US. Not like one company is making a prediction, Everyone in the chain wants to see this drug being commercialized.
Because of their connections this was probably the plan for some time and Regnum needed time to get ready.

it appears cydy needs more partners and selling agreements because they have no money to fund everything they have going

Would like to know more about your scam statement or are you just guessing?

Phoenixus AG is the parent company of Vyera Pharmaceuticals, per their website. This is the very reason the restricted shares -- ie float -- is incredibly small.

Phoenixus AG has 51-200 employees: https://www.linkedin.com/company/phoenixus

<<Averill L. Powers, Chief Executive Officer of Phoenixus AG, Vyera's parent company, noted: "Vyera's collaboration with CytoDyn demonstrates our commitment to address the needs of significant patient populations across our group companies generally and, in particular, a new level of our commitment to supporting patients living with HIV.">>

Thanks for your post. I strolled over to this ticker to see exactly what the scam is. I don't know what the details of the scam are, and I read your post and I still don't understand. I know it is so shady the sun can't penetrate the canopy over this rip off. Do you have a few minutes to explain it more? I think I understand that they probably have to file these to keep their seedy actions legal. But what is the risk/strategy in the fact that Phoenixus owns Regnum? It sounds like Vyera acquired the rights from Cytodyn, then SevenScore acquired the rights from Vyera, and then SevenScore sold the rights to Regnum while becoming acquired by Phoenixus, which owns Regnum. My gut tells me this all to confuse people, provide protection, and create channels to funnel off money/assets. But how is it actually done?

I found this:

"SevenScore Pharmaceuticals LLC entered into an agreement to acquire Regnum Corp. in a reverse merger transaction for $9.8 million.
