Yes, it would take a lot of shares, but enough small holders with 50-100K could do it. And that is when the MMs try naked shorting it a little to help it along.
Still, I don't think it will be soon. A few months from now we may have to be on our toes.
Back when this was still under .10, someone said something along the lines of "if we knew what we know now when it was at .02 we would have bought more and if we knew what we will know when it's at .20 we would be buying more now."
I really think this will be the case for quite some time. At least through the end of the year.
