Now Americans are going back to work by the millions, the rate is 3.9 percent, but the economic demands are overwhelming a strained supply system. Learn to budget, and prioritize your needs, that's what happens when a president ignores a pandemic. The pandemic did not disappear, the world is still dealing with it.
