The judge has to take time to explain why she favors NLST in this hearing… so many think her explanation will come in 2-4 weeks after the 12th…

The most important thing to note is.. google is arguing intervening rights not absolute rights.. their IR argument is only from 2009-2020.. NLST has already won 2020-2029… as they have already proved google is using NLST technology… so going to trial will be like hearing the score of a game.. then watching the recorded game later… so technically they have proven infringement… but they will need to resubmit evidence…
