but it would have to be backed through a REIT aka (Property). Intellectual property provides to much volatility in price...brick and mortar, oil, gas diamonds, rare earth,MMJ...etc.
There are 100's out there and I have heard only 2-3 will survive and there is a Dark Horse that will Rise.
