We are oversold at a 29 RSI. Expect a rally to underside of 200 DMA. Unfortunately, unless company specific news to move the needle both the IBB and XBI are buried below the 200 DMA, so I think CDMO rallies but hits resistance.
stoneroad, it only psychologically cost more, because (and that is a personal opinion) in the long run it is cheaper (if you do money management - because there every failure weights in).
