Once Vstock receives the transfer they'll match it to the medallion and email you everything has matched up. Then you're officially in line for their first come first serve payment by wire. I'm still in that line right now.
You’re are going to have to make the call to E*trade regardless, so if you want the money for the payout, I’d confirm with VStock that they have your medallion stamped doc, and if they are ready for you to call E*Trade to initiate the DWAC transfer to VStock.
