This actually reminds me of GMER...I was in at about 02 cents, and it had a share structure very similar to TIPS...I think 15 to 20 million float....she made her move to .70 cents with decent news, but nothing as big as what TIPS has going. TIPS has got a whole lot more in the pipeline. LOTS.
