It right around 2 bucks. I think it closed at 2.03 that day but could be wrong.

It was over $2 at the close and they announced the split after hours. It open the next day around .90 and just kept going down...

On Feb 4, 2021 it had high of $2.15, that's when the annual report came out including the RS announcement. imo
