Exactly! The government is assuming ALL shareholders rights, which sorry to say is JPS and common dividends until a release scenario can be sustained. BOD's working on capital plans, etc. I'm not saying that zero capital will be needed, who knows at this point? But those predicting Armageddon dilution and huge payday winfalls for JPS are dreaming big!
