That’s where the P’s argument falls apart. No way to do a SPO for a single digit priced stock or for a stock that does a reverse split (which will be their next argument).
Have you ever heard of something called a reverse stock split? a Simple 10:1 reverse stock split would make the commons trade at ~$9 and meet the any listing requirements overnight. Just saying...
