We don't know what correspondence Pillsworth has received from the SEC - the OTCM doesn't have any enforcement authority that is for the SEC.
Plus the OTCM placed a Shell Risk on CCTL and have it listed as Dark or Defunct and of course the CE - they can't do anymore to tell investors to stay away.
Unfortunately, in most OTC cases it is the shareholders lose and the CEO moves on to another scam.
That is why you never get married to a OTC stock especially one that doesn't report to the SEC.
