So if he did buy 16 milly at the $.19 / share then it would be very dumb to do an RS before the price go passed this 19 in order for him to sell and make any money otherwise he is screwed if he does the RS prior, right?
Anyway you can share more details? I don’t have access to pacer to view the case. Maybe the company is hooking up Stevie Wonders while he accumulates those 16 million by delaying news? Looking like someone has been playing games with the share price aka shake & fake.
