Or, as others have pointed out, after a great return on their investment in 2021, investors see a better risk/reward elsewhere and they are selling. Don't need news to drive buys/sell.
I am a shareholder with my own risk-reward view, timeframe etc. I assume every investor, including institutional constantly evaluate their situations. nothing nefarious.
