If the merger happens, Bay will not be running the show, he may stay on as a board member, and all you latching on to Bay know that. He was only a board member of PetaWatt, so why would he run Current C Power with a bunch of new investors and a $1B company? It may not happen, maybe the investors have given up on Bay, as he likely lied because they thought the merger should of happened months ago, but his failing with VYON filings has slowed the process.
