Hi Brydon, Happy New Year! I imagine you are fully aware of the last few paragraphs of the March 2008 "For Your Eyes Only" Memo but wanted to make sure since is documents the clear intent to Nationalize the GSEs well before the onset of the events of September 2008 and the onset of the GFC.

Could you comment on this.? This is an important consideration as the Senate Banking Committee considers the nomination of Sandra Thompson because it shows how the May 2008 purchases of GSE JPS were totally unaware that policy makers thought the GSEs should be nationalized and shareholder value "wiped" while the public was investing over $5 bn into the GSES. Many politicians do not focus on the real losses suffered by public investors based on this nationalization policy objective.

huge. this should be sent as a standalone doc to each court including collins that is coming up. also to scotus that their ruling was faulty and that this is new info. not sure who has access to all the lawyers handling the cases.

this should be sent to every senator too before the confirmation hearing coming up.

also reporters need to be sent to this, they can decide if they want to play politics and not publish it or be on the right side of truth. this is realy huge.
