Have you read the 10k/q and the documents Amarex released during the lawsuit? Are you aware of NP’s two previous felony convictions and the art scam (cleared) that almost made him a 3 time felon? We don’t know what will come of the SEC/DOJ investigation, but what we do know is there focus is on the company and it’s executives, including NP.
