No, I don’t know the specific reason here. I have heard on other tickers it was as little as missing a couple words being included in the filing ….. there was one day that otc markets turned 30 tickers to pink limited that were all current and filed in time weeks earlier. Some refiled right away and are still waiting to go back pink current. That is totally unacceptable especially when some brokers will then limit trading for pink limited status. Absolute BS, OTCmarkets needs to get their act together……
