I believe the 8k in question is one concerning the restructuring of the DEBT they just PR'd.. debt into equity. I think that is what he is referring to.
I had commented on it as well stating it should really assist in sending this PPS north.. I feel we have bottomed here and are about to do a reversal.. technically. Again, if there is an 8K to be issued on the debt and perhaps update the game.. any of these will really push this pps upwards, high and fast... IMO
