Guessing that in dealing with Sharp, the private holder will take it up the assets, sooner or later. GS probably has the suit drawn up in advance. IMO.
Yes and I like the fact the candidate knows they can't pull the wool over George's eyes. May take a little longer certainly but I've seen good companies suffer badly on launch from misguided minutiae. George has a very sharp eye for this, bodes very well.
