Thanks, you must be from woodie's club. I usually do trade in the direction of the 34, but only when price is close to it. For example, I would never take a short that triggers when the price is right on top (or near) the 34 ema. But I will take a short if price is stretched away from the 34 ema, like 20 or more ticks. (gb007's rule) Because price tends to revert to the 34 ema, and you can get a good move down to it. (Opposite for going long when price just under the 34 ema.)
That rule saved me lots of ticks when trading woodie's method.
