I firmly believe it's all been preplanned well in advance. IMO, this development still totally fits right in with plan A, the UN's 2030 agenda, ID2020, Great Reset, 4th Industrial Revolution, etc.

It's basically reconfigurable for future "variants", so they are not saying they have a vaccine that just works as expected by providing immunity to "covid", but instead they are saying that no matter how many "covid" variants show up, they will always have a newly tailored injection ready for you.

Their perpetual injection scheme seems even more achievable now with this Army injection. They want to "equip people" with a "platform" for "future viruses"...
