Considering the CD10 and CD12 data misrepresentations and manipulations were flagrantly obvious == multiple publications had raised red flags about the legitimacy. FDA Statement reprimanding the company was not unreasonable and not unexpected. They also filed all the misrepresented and manipulated data with the SEC in an 8K -- first time they actually filed their data that way.
So now their credibility is shot by the FDA Statement throughout the world - no country would believe Cytodyn's CoV data. It also caused the SEC and DOJ investigations that, when the investigation is completed, will have a very unpleasant effect on the share price and shareholders.
No evidence that STAT's being investigated.
That is quite the accomplishment for a CEO -- risk getting booted and a perp walk with just the CD12 data (and also CD10).
