No, not whiny. Quite capable, gave them the plan for recovery and the trio did not check any data whatsoever and just shut down everything w/o a risk/reward assessment. No data from the trio on anything, just like now, no data for the closure of NYC, no science, nothing. Following the same dumb policy but its dumber now since they should have learned from their mismanagement.
As I stated, Dr. Atlas mentioned the mispronouncements on a tv interview, he did not put it in the article, but I did hear it.
