In regards to an effective buyback...yes a lower share price of .0015 to .0009 would be tolerable temporarily. I do not "flip" shares on a daily basis so the day to day price is irrelevant to me. I know many here sell in order to make your daily McDonald's Happy Meal money...I will wait until the $1 threshold & above before I begin to sell shares.
