Love the adjective "nasty" in regards to KBLB's RS. You do realize that hundreds and hundreds of OTC companies effectively use and must use a RS as a means of up listing to the NASDAQ? So, the RS is not an evil boogeyman. It is an effective means to an end for companies, and KBLB is no exception regardless of the melodrama....
