I used esignature guarantee and it was fairly easy. Had to use technical support to get it done but pretty much all I did was point out "you have the same business address as the buyback program" and they finished it up for me. However, it is $149 per stamp, so if you can get it from a local bank for free you should consider doing that. I used them since I'm deployed and really had no other good option.
