I know first hand from my first trip outside of America.

Once you leave America you will abide by another countries rules for vaccination.

Once you get to Europe you will not go anywhere unless you have your proof of vaccination.

I displayed my Moderna vaccination proudly in the holder next to my passport, made life easier when you went through customs.

Of course you cannot even make it to customs unless you start filling out your card from a different country demonstrating your proof of vaccination.

I take it you don't travel much.
