FALSE INFORMATION - B.S.

THE EXXON WORK WITH FCEL HAS A DEADLINE UNTIL APRIL 2022 TO PROVE A 6 YEAR PROJECT IS VIABLE, COST EFFECTIVE, AND IS BETTER THAN OTHERS EXXON HAS CONTRACTED WITH FOR CC REMOVAL.
SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG WHEN IT TAKES 6 YEARS TO PROVE A CLAIM.

Exxon has contracted with two CC companies - one removes carbon from the air, the other (FuelCell) keeps it from getting into the air.

There is no indication that FCEL tech is not viable, they postponed the final contract for six months because the financial path forward (government checks) was not clear.

2 OF 3 LIPA AWARDS WERE CANCELLED. REASON: NON-CLOSURE OF CRITICAL INFORMATION TO SHAREHOLDERS ... AND KNOWING THEY WERE TERMINATED STILL COUNTED THEM IN THE BACKLOG.

Those contracts were never in the backload - stated in quarterly report.

11 PROFESSIONAL ANALYSTS HAVING DONE THOROUGH RESEARCH HAVE NOT CHANGED THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. 3-4 SELLS AND NO BUYS AMONG THEM.
