Selling it has been the plan all along so no real surprises here. It doesn’t really fit with the new business, and they want capital to execute their rollout.
I’ll chalk up the business win pr as transparency, and it’s still relevant as an LOI is not a completed sale.
Million dollar question is what do they get for it.
