But no one has died, that is the difference in being vaccinated.

You have a 90 % chance of not dying, but you can always catch covid, and since this virus continues to morph into different strains, no one knows if the next strain will be deadlier. So being vaccinated is the best defense from DYING.

After almost two years of this virus it has demonstrated that it can kill you, 800,000 American's have died, but hell it's only dying.
