You’re lost in December. I’d worry if January is slow. I seriously said weeks ago rulers hate Christmas and use it to bring prices down and buy low again. Many sell because of taxes. My 85 year-old friend worth 80 million is selling some to pay 600k in property taxes. Again, balance your perspective. It’s December GDit!! LOL.
