I don’t disagree… what I’m saying simply.. it ain’t easy to get someone to give you a billion dollars. And if this does goto trial.. Google will lose.. but they will appeal the size of the damages.. who know how long that will take… NLST needs to make a deal. The SK Hynix deal is a great example of how hard it is to get cash.. 40 million was great.. but NLST has to work for the money after that.. and the numbers have been ordinary at the moment.. the next CC could change that.. the point of that deal was to get a deal done and get some cash to fight Google.. I don’t think this will be different.. could NLST take a royalty deal for 30-40% of what they deserve so they can use it as a stepping stone to go after others.. maybe. It still will be a lot of money.. and as I said in the other concept agreement.. everyone wins…
