Look around for an 8k around 11/22 when UNQL had that big down day. It was in a filing then.

It's in a recent filing along with their S-1 registration to uplist. They have to RS to uplist to NASDAQ-which is already happening.

Not sure how anyone expects them to uplist with a stock price under $1.

Would you rather they stay on the OTC and live in a cesspool of filth that the OTC is?


As long as there is no dilution...and their isn't....getting off the trash OTC and onto the NASDAQ is the best thing they can do.
