Agreed… some say that NLST really has only a ballpark idea.. as Google is very private about how many servers they have..and that we need to wait for the claim 16 to be ruled on so NLST can get into the discovery phase of the trial..

1. I don’t see Google going to trial with triple damages on the table
2. A partial buyout of 40 million shares at 30 bucks a share is around 20% then a discount on royalties of ??.. instead of 340 million .. 144 million a year
3. If NLST goes to Nazdaq.. Google has the inside track on a full buyout…

All speculation… but IMO everyone wins and NLST goes to 50 and beyond…
