There you go again, trying to use logic and common sense when thinking of Samsung. If Samsung possessed those traits they wouldn't be in this mess in the first place. ;-)
Yup strange.. I have little doubt that NLST continues to tell Samsung and Google what RAND rates are…we were suppose to have an ADR with Google starting November? I forget..I remember one google lawyer in court documents saying” yes we can work with this”.. to the judge…
There was encouraging stats on Reddit discussing how Google settled their last 12 cases out of court..
It’s obvious that Google is trying to hide behind Samsung’s past license… and hoping they get another so to lessen their costs…
