Would seem to me if they were Lose the Agent they would not be listed as a Shell company. Seems odd to that they tell you in the About Us link that they are public, are current with their filings and have thousands of shareholders...yet they dont give the stock Symbol.
Based on the information at the Nevada Sec of State and the WSJ it would seem that Nestbuilders is Nestbuilders and not the other company... here is a look at what the Wall Street Journal has for them.
