Re: "Silly Question," I wondered about that too, but what difference would it make? For example:

1. Are we going to hear it was all just an unauthorized use of the Twitter account by some miscreant and there was no Chapter 7 ruling Friday? Personally, I would not believe that for one moment, especially by now. Only a fool would if such a thing were said at this point.

2. Are they going to appeal? Or can they even appeal that? If they could, would it even make sense? Even if they could appeal, didn't stervc say he's never seen a stock come back from a Chapter 7?
