There seems to be a little bit more clarification with regards to his previous statement when he said the matter of the CE is now with his attorney.

This time he is saying they are working it out. I totally understand what that means, because in our industry for example when the white-collar executives can’t seem to come to an agreement, usually the attorneys who tend to know each other will back channel a solution. Like I said before, his previous statement doesn’t necessarily mean a lawsuit.

Everything else sounds great and we need to just stay positive moving forward. The CE eventually has to come off.

Oh wow.. how sad. He's proud of more products which are relabelbed current products that don't sell, blames the OTC for a CE that happend because he let the company get behind, re-hashes the DTRA story which is suppose to have been answered by now (no answer is a answer, clearly they aren't excited about it if we're past the deadline) then he throws out clinical garbage, where in a previous PR he states it will begin by years end........I would say buyer beware but the CE speaks volume (or lack of) there. 20 years old, this ain't no startup. This is a cash buying machine with a PROVEN shady CEO

They should care about the SEC suit as well.
