The complete BLA wasn’t filed until May 11th, 2020, per the RTF from the FDA. I’m assuming the RTF wasn’t issued until June or early July of 2020. A FOIA might reveal the date the RTF was issued but the FDA hasn’t been granting FOIAs regarding HIV and COVID with a disclaimer that the documents requested may be involved in an investigation (or similar wording).

CYDY gets amnesia when it comes to dates.

The date of the RTF letter and the dates of the SEC and DOJ subpoenas are prime examples.

Obviously theyre more interested in fluff PRs and dumping/selling shares.

If not for Amarex, the RTF letter would never have seen the light of day.
